Customer Service System Upgrade

Yankee Gas has successfully upgraded its customer service system to provide you with faster access to new, convenient self-serve options and ensure a customer service experience remembered for friendly, fast and accurate assistance.

Yankee Gas customers now have:

  • A new 11-digit account number and a reformatted bill
  • Access to new, convenient online services
  • Enhanced automated telephone features
  • Enhanced customer services. Later this year, 24-hour call center support will be added once the customer service system is upgraded at Yankee’s sister companies -- Connecticut Light and Power, Western Massachusetts Electric and Public Service of New Hampshire.
