Save Energy and Money Throughout the Year
Our Weatherization Residential Assistance Partnership (WRAP) program (PDF:1MB) helps income-eligible customers reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Call 1-800-388-9727 for an application and you may qualify for a free, in-home visit by an energy specialist.
During the visit, the energy specialist may:
- Find and professionally seal drafts, cracks and leaks in your windows and doors
- Evaluate your insulation
- Determine if you qualify for energy-efficient appliance replacement
- Provide and install energy-efficient compact fluorescent bulbs and table lamps
- Install water conservation equipment, such as faucet aerators and low-flow shower heads, if needed
- Provide additional efficiency measures, as needed

How Do I Apply?
To sign up for WRAP services, please complete the application (PDF:279KB) or call 1-800-388-WRAP (9727). Please note that renters must have their landlord complete the Owner's Permission Statement (included with the application). Landlords are required to grant permission for tenants in their buildings.
