If you are having difficulties paying your natural gas bills, our representatives are available to assist you with special payment arrangements tailored to your individual needs. Or, you may qualify for our Winter Protection Plan which will protect you from having your gas service turned off for nonpayment, typically between November 1 and May 1 each year.
