1. VIEW our service territory map  (PDF) to see if Yankee Gas serves your town. Or, complete our online form to confirm service at your location.
2. CHOOSE a contractor to install your new gas equipment and appliances. You might consult the CT Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors at www.ct-phcc.org or CT Heating and Cooling Contractors at CHCC.
3. CONFIRM the installation by calling Yankee Gas at 1.800.989.0900 to make sure that you are assigned the proper rate for gas heating. For peace-of-mind, enroll in our Advantage Protection Service Plan. 

Look into these valuable tax credits and rebates:

• Up to $150 in federal tax credit for qualified product installation
• Up to $300 rebate if you install a high efficiency water heater. Call 1.877.WISE.USE (877.947.3873)
• Use the ENERGY STAR special offer-rebate finder to check for sales tax exemptions, credits or rebates on qualified products

Energy loan financing is available through Connecticut Housing Investment Fund Inc. (CHIF) to make your conversion to gas even easier.
