Low Interest Payments Make Energy Efficiency Affordable

If you are a Connecticut resident and a customer of Connecticut Light and Power or The United Illuminating Company, you can borrow from $2,500 to $20,000 for qualifying improvements installed by approved contractors. Additionally, you must participate in the Home Energy Solutions program.
