Repair calls for customers who do not have a service contract with us are scheduled during regular business hours and based on workforce availability. To ensure coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, consider signing up for the Advantage Protection Service Plan.
Service labor rates for work performed:
1. During regular work hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – excluding holidays, are:
