How to Read your Bill - Business Customers

Your bill reflects rates approved by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) effective July 20, 2011

The following information is provided on the reverse side of your bill.

Customer Billing Information

  • Questions and Complaints:
    If you have a question or complaint about your bill or any payment arrangement, you should call the number listed on the front of the bill (1-800-989-0900); include a note with your payment on a separate sheet of paper. A complete explanation of your rights is available upon request.
  • Bill Calculation Information: 
    • All gas rates subject to Purchased Gas Adjustment
    • Bills less than 25 days or more than 38 days will be prorated
    • A 1% Late Payment Charge may be applied to the unpaid balance if payment is not received by the date printed in the late payment message on the front of this bill
