Yankee Gas has successfully upgraded its customer service system to provide you with faster access to new, convenient self-serve options and ensure a customer service experience remembered for friendly, fast and accurate assistance.
Yankee Gas customers now have:
- A new 11-digit account number and a reformatted bill
- Access to new, convenient online services
- Enhanced automated telephone features
- Enhanced customer services. Later this year, 24-hour call center support will be added once the customer service system is upgraded at Yankee’s sister companies -- Connecticut Light and Power, Western Massachusetts Electric and Public Service of New Hampshire.
