Social Agency Forums on Energy
These annual forums provide more than 600 social agency representatives in Connecticut with updated information on CL&P and Yankee Gas energy assistance programs and services. Speakers from CL&P and Yankee Gas, the Connecticut Department of Social Services, and Operation Fuel join exhibitors from advocacy, state and nonprofit agencies to discuss current programs and services, including electric and natural gas energy assistance and conservation programs.

Forum times are 9 to 10:30 a.m. with the exception of Norwalk, which will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to avoid I-95 rush hour travel issues.
*A pilot training of the CL&P, Yankee Gas Matching Payment (MPP) arrearage forgiveness program will be held directly after the Waterbury Forum (10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.).
