Limited-income customers who may be having trouble paying their utility bill are invited to join CL&P and Yankee Gas at an upcoming Utility Day to make special payment arrangements and learn ways to reduce their energy bill. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to find out if they are eligible to participate in the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund’s (CEEF) free weatherization program.
